2. Registration Fees

Registration, admission, application, and processing fees are generally non-refundable once the registration process has been completed.

3. Course & Internship Fees

Refund requests for course or internship fees may be considered only if submitted before the commencement of the program.

• Before Program Start: Eligible for refund after applicable deductions.
• After Program Start: No refund will normally be provided.
• After Certificate Issuance: No refund will be granted.

4. Cancellation by Student

If a student voluntarily withdraws from a course, internship, training, or certification program after enrollment, the fee paid may not be refundable.

5. Cancellation by Organization

In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled by the organization, students may be offered either:

• A full or partial refund.
• Transfer to another available batch or program.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 15 working days through the original mode of payment whenever possible.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

• Failure to attend classes or training sessions.
• Violation of institutional rules or misconduct.
• Completion of the course, internship, or certification process.
• Digital content already accessed or downloaded.
